There are two mailing-lists associated with TweeNet, the first is the original indiepop-list and the second is the now defunct Shalala-list:

• You can now read the list in your favourite RSS reader, subscribe to http://www.twee.net/indiepop/rss.xml.
  Some issues with this:
  Unless you are actually a member of the list, you can not post, so this is read-only.
  The email addresses of people are not displayed, but you can click through the message in the archives and contact the sender there.
  The feed is updated with new postings every four hours.
