the Who Is Who list started on the indiepop mailing-list. It was created to provide more information about fellow listmembers. Meanwhile a lot of people from outside the mailing-list are on this list. The two only requirements to get on it are: You have to have something to do with indiepop (at least to be a fan) and you have to have an e-mail address. The list is now held in a database, you have to set some query parameters to get a list of people.
